Hawaiian Berry Smoothie

This two layer Hawaiian Berry Smoothie has an orange mango layer and a berry layer! Top the smoothie with a skewer filled with fresh fruit!

Ingredients:

Hawaiian Layer

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or more if smoothie is too thick)

Berry Layer

  • Berry yogurt (roughly 5-6 ounces)
  • 2 cups frozen berries*
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup milk (or more if smoothie is too thick)

Directions:

  • Blend the ingredients for the Hawaiian layer and pour the mixture into your glasses
  • Blend the berry layer and pour on top of the Hawaiian layer
  • Using a butter knife or popsicle stick, push the top layer into the bottom layer to create the designs along the sides
  • Serve with a skewer or toothpick filled with fruit!

*Any berry can be used here! Even cherries if you prefer. The more blackberries and blueberries used, the more blue/purple the smoothie will be.

**Try adding other fruits such as pineapple or kiwi!
