Chocolate Pomegranate Candies
Ingredients:
- Pomegranate seeds*
- Your preferred chocolate chips or melting chocolate
Directions:
- Grab an ice cube tray or a candy mold
- Melt your chocolate, using either the double boiler method on the stove, or microwave the pieces for 15-30 second intervals
- Spread a bit of your melted chocolate along the bottom of each mold in your tray
- Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top of the chocolate (about a spoon full, depending on how large your molds are)
- Top with more chocolate until the seeds are no longer visible
- Freeze until the chocolate is set and keep in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to serve
*This recipe can easily be customized with chopped strawberries, cherries, raspberries, or even blueberries!
**If you'd prefer to make a bark instead of a bar, just use a baking tray covered in parchment paper instead
