Five Minute Mini Raspberry Tarts

A tray of phyllo cup desserts.


  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • Lime zest (or lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon)
  • 2 packages frozen mini phyllo cups 2.1 oz 
  • 30 fresh raspberries and blackberries (or your preferred berry)


  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, about 1 tsp lime zest, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the phyllo cups. Top with fresh raspberries or blackberries and sprinkle with remaining lime zest.
